Privacy notice
Fascia is operated by Lamich Michael, who is responsible for the personal information described here. Questions and rights requests can be sent to contact@fasciaweb.co.uk.
Information I collect
I collect the business contact details and enquiry information you send through this website. If you enquire about automation, this may include the tools you use, approximate volumes, Zendesk plan and agent count. For business development, I may also use business contact details from public company websites, professional profiles and business-data providers.
How I use it
I use this information to reply to enquiries, arrange calls, prepare proposals, deliver services and contact relevant corporate businesses about Fascia. I rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, and legitimate interests in operating and growing the business, as appropriate.
Service providers
Information may be processed by suppliers that provide website hosting, email delivery, scheduling, document signing, payments and business automation. Client production workflows and credentials remain in client-owned accounts. I only share what is needed for the service and require appropriate safeguards where information is processed outside the UK.
Retention
Inactive personal prospect data is deleted after six months. A minimal suppression record may be kept for longer so that an opt-out is respected. Client and transaction records are kept only as long as needed for contractual, tax and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, and you can object to direct marketing at any time. Every sales email includes a simple opt-out. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
To opt out of sales contact, reply “no thanks” or email the address above. Your request will be applied as soon as it is received.
